When contacting us with order queries, please include the details below so we can handle your request as quickly as possible.
  • Order Number
  • Delivery address
  • Necessary info i.e. which items you will be returning
  • Photo evidence if relevant

Changed your mind?

If you have changed your mind about items in your order then not to worry! Let us know at hello@pridal.co.uk within 14 days of your item being delivered and we will provide instructions for a return. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalised goods, see "Can I return a personalised gift?" for further info.
Returns cannot be provided after 14 days from delivery date.
Once you have requested a refund, you will have a further 14 days to return the item.
We recommend returning your order via a tracked postal service if the order is of significant value as we cannot provide a refund for items that are damaged/lost in transit.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer, however your original delivery cost will be refunded once we have received your returned goods.
Due to hygiene reasons, all items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Can I return a personalised gift?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on personalised goods if you have changed your mind as these are custom made, however if your item is damaged/faulty/incorrect, then please get in touch at hello@pridal.co.uk as soon as possible and let us know so our team can assist you.
"Personalised gifts" includes any items with a surname, date, name, custom text etc.

Made a mistake in your order?

If you need to cancel an order or have made a mistake when submitting your order, please let us know as soon as possible at hello@pridal.co.uk and we will do our best to help. We cannot cancel or adjust orders that have already been printed and/or dispatched, however once you receive your order you can of course return the item(s) for a full refund and place a new order with the correct details.
If you have made a mistake on a personalised gift order, please let us know as soon as possible at hello@pridal.co.uk and we will do our best to help, however unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement if the order has been placed incorrectly and has already been processed/engraved.

Damaged items

If your order is damaged in transit, is a faulty item or there is a mistake in your order, please contact us at hello@pridal.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement item or issue a full refund.


We are unable to offer exchanges due to the current Covid-19 situation, however once you have received your order you can of course return this and place a new order for delivery.
